Why can't I order products here on this website?
We sell our wholesale products exclusively through Faire because this offers advantages for you as a customer. Through Faire, our customers receive discounted or even free shipping. Shipping through Faire is always via DHL Express, which guarantees faster and better delivery. As a new buyer on Faire, you also have many more advantages. We did consider making products available here on the website, but that would significantly increase the shipping costs because we deliver all over Europe, and we don't want that. However, we can create orders for customers through Faire, so if you have a special request, please let us know.
What do I do if I receive damaged products?
I always do my utmost to package all products very well. We make our products with great care and therefore want everything to arrive in perfect condition.
Should a product be damaged during transport, I would appreciate it if you contacted me first before reporting it to Faire. I can then resend the product in question, free of charge. Once reported to Faire, this is no longer possible.
Can you add my logo to the products?
Yes! When ordering, please indicate in the comments section that you'd like your logo printed on the products. Because we print each item individually, this is perfectly possible. This way, you have your own personalized product to sell in your shop. We don't charge extra for this. Send us your logo by email.
Can you design items just for my shop?
Yes! How cool is it to be able to sell your own products in your own store? Products that aren't available anywhere else. We'd be happy to design them for you. Fill out our contact form for more information and prices.
How long takes delivery to my country?
Our processing and shipping time is approximately 4–7 business days, as each item is designed and printed on demand.
We currently ship within Europe only. All orders are sent via DHL Express. While this ensures the fastest delivery service available in Europe, we do not have control over the exact delivery date once the package is in transit.
When placing your order, you will always see the shipping cost and the estimated delivery time before completing your purchase.
We always find it crucial that our beautiful products arrive safely and undamaged to our customers. That's why we put a lot of time and effort into packaging your order and only ship with DHL Express. If, unfortunately, something is wrong when you receive your order, please contact us before registering the product with Faire. We will then immediately send a replacement item. Once the broken or damaged product is registered with Faire, this is unfortunately no longer possible.
